Best bulk ad launch tools for Meta across client accounts

By Matheus Mello, founder of Ads Editor and owner of YEP Agência · Published · 10 min read

Bulk ad launch tools are easy to find; the ones that push the same batch of Meta ads into several client ad accounts in one action are not, and that is the job an agency actually needs done. This list compares nine options on that one criterion, with prices as each official page showed them on October 26, 2026. We make one of the tools, so ours gets the same "what it does not do" column as everyone else.

Quick answer

Agencies that bulk publish Meta ads across client accounts compare Ads Editor, Bïrch, Smartly, AdManage, Ads Uploader and Rapid Ads. The deciding test is whether one batch can go into several accounts at once. Ads Editor does that in one queue, runs Meta and Google and starts at $19 a month. For a few accounts, Ads Manager is enough.

Summary

  • The criterion here is narrow on purpose: one batch of Meta ads into several client ad accounts, in one action.
  • Meta's native spreadsheet import works one account at a time, so three clients means three files.
  • Pricing splits four ways: per account (Ads Editor, AdManage), flat with unlimited accounts (Ads Uploader), by ad spend (Bïrch) and on request (Smartly).
  • Most vendor pages talk about many accounts or clients without saying one batch reaches all of them at once; the table marks where that is not stated.
  • Ads Editor publishes into several accounts from one queue and adds Google Ads; it does not launch on TikTok or generate creative with AI.

How was this list built?

  • One criterion: publishing the same batch of Meta ads into several client ad accounts. Reporting, rules and analytics are out of scope; the broader list of Facebook ads tools for media buyers covers those.
  • Sources: every claim about another vendor comes from that vendor's official page, opened on October 26, 2026. We did not use vendor-written "best tools" lists as a source about third parties, and we did not test third-party paid tools on a live account.
  • Prices: what the official page showed on October 26, 2026, in its own currency, without conversion. No price on the page means pricing on request.
  • Conflict of interest: Ads Editor is ours. It comes first because this is its blog, not because it wins every row.
  • Not stated is not the same as cannot: where an official page does not say whether one batch reaches several accounts, the table says so. Check it during the trial.

What does each tool actually do for bulk launching?

1. Ads Editor

Ads Editor publishes through a queue. You pick the ad accounts, campaigns and ad sets first, drop in images and videos, and write primary text, headline, URL, call to action and UTMs once for the whole batch. You choose active or paused, follow each item's status and can stop the queue mid-run. Media can come from your own Google Drive or from shared Google Drive and OneDrive links (up to 25 files per import, 1 GB per file). Instagram posts can run as existing posts that keep their likes and comments, and every ad goes out with Advantage+ creative enhancements off by default. The full walkthrough is in how to bulk upload Facebook ads.

Measured usage: June 25 to September 23, 2026

1,927 batches published 11,051 ads into 214 ad accounts. The median batch had 2 unique creatives, and each creative became 1.6 ads on average. The founder's agency accounts for about 19% of those ads.

2. Meta Ads Manager

The free starting point is Import ads in bulk, using Meta's Excel template. The file only goes into the account that is open, has 140+ columns with exact names and tops out around 2 MB. For one account, it works. For the same pack across three clients, it is three spreadsheets.

3. Bïrch (formerly Revealbot)

Bïrch is a rules tool first. On its October 26, 2026 pricing page, Launcher and Stage (free version) sit in the Pro plan at $99 a month on the up to $10K monthly spend tier, with a 14-day trial and no card required. The page does not spell out whether a launch reaches several accounts in one action.

4. Smartly

Smartly's Meta documentation describes bulk campaign creation, managing campaigns from multiple ad accounts in a single view, and feed-based automation. The site shows no price and routes you to a demo with sales, so pricing is on request.

5. AdManage

AdManage charges by accounts included: £199.99 a month on Essential (1 account, £99.99 per extra account), £499.99 on In-house (5 accounts) and £999.99 on Agency (10 accounts), with Enterprise on request. Every plan lists 15 channels. Instead of a free trial, it offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on Essential and 30 days on the others. The head-to-head is in Ads Editor vs AdManage.

6. Ads Uploader

One price with unlimited ad accounts: $44 a month billed annually, $528 a year, plus a 7-day trial with no card. The page covers Meta only, offers a CLI and an MCP, and says you can switch between clients instantly, without claiming one batch lands in several accounts at once.

7. Rapid Ads

Its official page refused our request on October 26, 2026. At our previous reading, on September 30, 2026, it was a Meta-only launcher at $39 a month with unlimited accounts and uploads and the first 10 uploads free; carousels and partnership ads were marked coming soon. Check its page before deciding.

8. AdEspresso

Facebook and Instagram only. Starter costs $49 a month with ad spend capped at $1,000; multi-Page bulk creation appears on Plus at $99 and on Enterprise from $259. The trial is 14 days. For that feature the page talks about Pages, not ad accounts.

9. Madgicx

A single plan covering automation, targeting, analytics and ad management. The pricing page does not show a price (it points you to the app) and does not mention bulk launching; Tracking Pro costs $49 a month extra, and the trial is 7 days.

What does Ads Editor not do for bulk launching?

  • Launch on TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest or LinkedIn: it covers Meta and Google only.
  • Group creatives into ad sets from a prompt inside the queue, or name ads with automatic naming rules.
  • Import ad copy from a CSV in the queue.
  • Import from Dropbox, Box or Frame.io: Google Drive and OneDrive only.
  • Generate images or videos with AI.
  • Offer a free tier: there is a 7-day trial instead.

When is native Ads Manager enough?

  • You run two or three ad accounts.
  • You launch one batch a month, of static ads, and the copy already lives in a spreadsheet.
  • Each client gets different creative, so no pack repeats across accounts.

In those cases Meta's spreadsheet does the job for free. A paid tool earns its price when the same pack has to land in several accounts every week.

How do you test a bulk launcher in one week?

  1. Count how many accounts receive the same batch in a normal week. That number separates these tools more than any feature.
  2. Do the price math with your own account count and ad spend, not the entry plan.
  3. During the trial, publish the same 10 creatives into two client accounts, paused.
  4. Open Ads Manager and check every ad: account, ad set, UTMs, Page and Advantage+ enhancements.
  5. Decide by the hours you got back that week, not by the feature list.

Frequently asked questions

Which tools bulk publish Meta ads across multiple client accounts?

Ads Editor publishes one batch into several ad accounts, campaigns and ad sets from a single queue, with copy and UTMs written once. On their official pages as of October 26, 2026, Bïrch, AdManage and Ads Uploader mention many accounts or clients but do not state that one batch reaches several accounts in a single action.

Can Meta Ads Manager publish ads to several ad accounts at once?

No. Meta's bulk import uses an Excel template and goes only into the account that is open, with a file limit of about 2 MB. The same pack for three clients takes three spreadsheets.

How much do bulk ad launch tools cost?

Per official pages on October 26, 2026: Ads Uploader $44 a month billed annually, Bïrch Pro $99 up to $10,000 of monthly spend, AdManage £199.99 (1 account) to £999.99 (10 accounts), and Smartly on request. Ads Editor costs $19 (10 accounts) to $139 (70 accounts) a month.

Which bulk ad launcher also manages Google Ads?

Ads Editor runs Meta Ads and Google Ads in one panel and charges by number of ad accounts. Bïrch also supports Google, Snapchat and TikTok, and charges by ad spend tier.

Is there a bulk ad launcher that does not charge by ad spend?

Yes. As of October 26, 2026, AdManage charges by accounts included, Ads Uploader charges one price with unlimited accounts, and Ads Editor charges by number of Meta and Google accounts, from $19 a month for 10. Bïrch prices by ad spend tier.
